At Global English Live, we are committed to providing high-quality live English coaching. Because our services are digital and delivered instantly, this Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

1. Digital Nature of Service

All our coaching packages (including "Quick Try", "Starter Pack", and "Intensive Program") are considered digital products. Upon purchase, you immediately receive a unique redemption code that grants you access to live sessions. Due to the instant nature of this delivery, we generally do not offer refunds once the code has been issued.

2. Exceptions

We understand that issues can occasionally arise. Refunds or replacements may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

To request a refund under these exceptions, you must contact us within 7 days of the purchase date and provide your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.

3. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds simply because you change your mind, decide the service is not for you, or fail to use the sessions within the validity period. Please choose your package carefully and review the session validity terms before purchasing.

4. Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period"). However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase and receiving your redemption code, you acknowledge that you expressly request immediate access to the digital service and waive your withdrawal right.

5. How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method (PayPal). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or PayPal, we reserve the right to dispute it by providing evidence of the delivered service (e.g., email with redemption code, session logs). Repeated chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from using our services.
